A representative from the Douglas County Highway Department stopped at Jon Jurek’s and said the ‘Slow Down’ road signs interfere with mowing operations and must be raised and put on mailboxes. If anyone would like one mounted on their mailbox pole, please contact Jon for assistance.
Lake Details
Lake Minnesuing is a 450 acre lake located in Douglas County. It has a maximum depth of 43 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from three public boat landings. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Trout and Walleye. The lake’s water is moderately clear.
